We require a 24-hour notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be charged 50%.
If we arrive and cannot access the home, a 100% lock-out fee applies.

Time varies depending on the size and condition of the home, but since we charge a flat rate, time does not affect your price.

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
If anything was missed, we come back and fix it at no additional cost.
12. Do you clean inside the fridge, oven, or cabinets?
Yes! These are available as add-on services for an additional flat fee.
13. What should I do before you arrive?
Please pick up toys, clothes, and personal items so we can focus on cleaning.

Yes, we love pets!
We just ask that pets are secured for the safety of both your animals and our cleaners.
