Policies and Terms of CleanStay Services 1. Operating Hours • Service hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 am - 7:00 pm • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Reservations and Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to reschedule the service. 3. Scope of Service • Services include: residential cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and garage cleaning. • Additional services are subject to evaluation and prior quotation. 4. Payment Policy • Payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept Zelle, Bank Transfer • Invoices are available upon request. 5. Quality Guarantee • We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, contact us within the first 24 hours to resolve any issues. 6. Client Responsibility • Provide access to the property on the agreed date and time. • Remove valuables or fragile items prior to our arrival. 7. Damages and Liability • CleanStay Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages to the property. • Any damage caused by our team will be assessed and, if applicable, compensated. 8. Privacy and Security • We respect our clients’ privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding their personal information and properties.
