To schedule an appointment you must pay $50 in advance or 40% of the value of your cleaning. And if you cancel your cleaning without three days notice, your deposit will not be returned. When our cleaner arrives at your home, it must be ready to be cleaned, otherwise extra charges will be made for the organization of objects, toys or scattered garbage. If you have pets or small children, you should keep them out of the cleaning area to avoid accidents. If you have important documents, they should be stored as well as high-value jewelry. You should also notify us if there are delicate items that you do not want us to move, whether it be a loose fan or light bulbs that are in poor condition that could fall, or a vase that is very delicate and expensive.
