PACKAGE FIXED RATE

Price is based on tasks, and a general idea of basic vs deep. But since pictures were not sent, or seen in person there is a posibility the price may be updated due to the condition or size of the home. Price already has a discount to it based on the number of tasks, and extras you add on.

WHAT TO DO?

1. Make sure to pick up the home to help will keeping your price the same. 
2. Assure to provide access on time
3. Provide payment upon arrival
4. Be available to return and check the home at the end of service
5. Tasks not written down are not included
6. Unable to select extra tasks like removal of soap scum, hard water, heavy grease to a basic cleaning quote (even if you choose it, your price will still have a increase of price the day of the cleaning.)
7. Organizing is not available, contact the business for a accurate quote.
8. Basic = Light dusting VS Deep = Wipe or scrub
9. Price is based on the city of Stockton if you are far or outside of this city there may be a city fee upon the phone call you'll recieve.
10. If hallway is not added, the hallways are not included.

To secure an appointment, a deposit is required. We will provide a link for you to complete this deposit. The remaining balance can be paid online or in person on the day of your appointment. Full payment is due within 30 minutes of our team’s arrival. If payment is not received and you are absent, our team will depart.

If you contact us after our team has left, a new deposit will be required, and it will not be deducted from your service total. We cannot guarantee same-day rescheduling. Furthermore, if you require our team to return, the new deposit will be higher than the original amount.

A card processing fee will be added to all payments, including any surcharges.

The deposit is non-refundable if you request services, our team arrives, and the service is subsequently canceled.

1) Please ensure your home is tidy before our arrival. Excessive clutter may result in an increased service price, and your deposit will not be refunded.

2) Please ensure you are available to provide our team with access to your home. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3) If your home is not in good condition (e.g., clothing, items, or food on the floor; disorganized spaces), please provide photos of all rooms in advance."
 Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payments must be made before or immediately upoin arrival unless otherwise agreed. We accept Paypal and debit/credit payments. A deposit may be required for first-time customers or large bookings. All recurring customers are not subjected to deposits because they have a card on file.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules must be made before 3pm a day before your appointment is scheduled. Cancellations made within less than may be subject to a cancellation fee of of $25 per cleaner per hour. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities: The customer must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Any fragile or valuable items should be secured before the cleaning appointment. The customer must disclose any specific cleaning requirements, hazards, or special conditions in the home. Provide payment in a timely manner. Secure pets before opening the door to the team. 

Liability and Damages: We take utmost care while cleaning; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear. If damage occurs due to our negligence, it must be reported within 24 hours for consideration. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by faulty fixtures, furniture, or improper home maintenance.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds are not available in our services if labor has already been provided. Returns for re-cleaning services are available for flat rate services whos cleaning has been done within the past 24 hours. If provide with over a 24 hour notice it would be at the Companies discretion based on the case.

Health and Safety: Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed hazardous, dangurous. Customers must disclose any pest infestations or hazardous materials in the home. We may also refuse services if the customer or its guest are not wearing aproprated clothing. We may refuse service if any form of racism, discrimination, or harassment is encountered, with no form of refunds to your services.

Non-Solicitation of Employees: In the state of California, customers agree not to solicit, hire, or attempt to hire any employee of Serranos Cleaning Services while they are still under our employment and at least 2 years from not being employed by us. If a customer directly or indirectly employs a staff member during their employment with us, they agree to pay a fee of $2500 in USD as compensation for recruitment and training costs.

Confidentiality: Any personal information such as name, address, email address, and phone number of customers will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes. We may take photos of the home to provide proof of cleaning, and verify we completed the service without faults. We may also take before and after photos/videos to promote on our website, and advertisements. You will not be provided any compensation for these medias or be provided with the final design of the published image posted. All photos are focused on the cleaning and how it was completed.

Amendments to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website. www.Serranoscleaningservices.com
