We offer a wide range of services including residential cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and more.
2. Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, we bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use (such as eco-friendly or allergy-sensitive items), just let us know ahead of time.
3. How do I book a cleaning appointment?
You can book by phone, text, or email. We'll confirm availability and go over your cleaning needs to make sure everything is scheduled properly.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 5 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 5 hours’ notice may be subject to a $20 late cancellation fee.
6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access instructions or leave a key. Your comfort and security are our priorities, whatever works best for you.
7. How long does a cleaning usually take?
It depends on the size of your space and the type of cleaning. A typical residential cleaning can take between 1.5 to 4 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate once we know your needs.
8. Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Absolutely! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning plans. Many clients choose recurring cleanings to keep their spaces consistently fresh and tidy.
9. Will the same person clean my home every time?
We do our best to provide consistency. In many cases, you’ll have the same cleaner each visit. Occasionally, we may bring an assistant or adjust depending on the schedule or job size.
