We offer basic cleaning, deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, floors, light organization, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
2. What is included in a basic cleaning?
General dusting, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, wiping counters, vacuuming, mopping, and light tidying of common areas.
3. What is included in a deep cleaning?
Everything from the basic cleaning plus detailed work such as baseboards, doors, corners, behind and on top of furniture, window sills, and outside of appliances.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Check, and CashApp.
5. How long does the cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. Most cleanings take 2�4 hours, but it may vary.
6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don�t have to be home. Many clients provide a key, code, or let us in before leaving. Clear communication is appreciated.
7. Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
We only ask that you pick up personal items from the floor or areas with heavy clutter. We take care of the cleaning.
8. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own products and equipment. If you prefer us to use your products, just let us know.
9. Are there extra charges?
Yes, if the home requires extra work�excessive dirt, grease, pet hair, or deep cleaning. We always inform you before starting.
10. Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, we ask for 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
11. Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, we work around pets as long as they are not aggressive. Please secure any pets if necessary.
12. What areas do you NOT clean?
For safety reasons: outdoor areas, high ceilings without a safe ladder, heavily cluttered garages, or severe mold situations.
13. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings at a discounted rate.
