Terms & Conditions – Hourly Cleaning Service

By booking with our cleaning service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Basic Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning

Basic Cleaning includes general surface cleaning, dusting, sweeping/mopping, and wiping down commonly used areas such as counters, floors, and bathrooms. It is ideal for maintaining an already clean space.

Deep Cleaning involves more time and detail. This includes scrubbing built-up grease, deep bathroom sanitation, hand-wiping baseboards, cleaning behind/under furniture, and attention to neglected areas. This is recommended for first-time cleanings or homes that haven’t been cleaned in a while.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

A $65 deposit is required to reserve your cleaning appointment.

The remaining balance is due within 30 minutes of the team's arrival to begin the service.

For bookings involving more than 2 cleaners, a higher deposit may be required to cover potential expenses in the event of a late cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time.

To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made by 4:00 PM the day before your scheduled service.

Cancellations after this cutoff time are non-refundable.

4. Anti-Solicitation Agreement

By hiring our service, you agree not to directly solicit, hire, or contract any of our employees, subcontractors, or independent cleaners for private work outside our business relationship.

In the event of a violation, a $2,500 fee will be charged as a breach of contract.

The retainer fee remains enforceable until the cleaner or subcontractor has had no active work history with our company for a minimum of one (1) year.
