During registration and use of CAPE, account data, business information, customer and employee data, application activity, IP addresses and information needed to operate enabled features may be collected.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, protect accounts, manage memberships, process requests, send authorized communications and improve CAPE operations.

Service providers

CAPE may use infrastructure, email, payment, mapping and other necessary service providers. Those providers process information subject to their own obligations and policies.

Security

CAPE uses technical and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized-access risk. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Business responsibility

Each business is responsible for information it enters about its own customers, employees and contractors, including providing any required notices or obtaining required permissions.
