Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a surcharge. Recurring customers may be charged a $25 fee. Pricing may also be adjusted if the appointment is canceled while our team is on the way or arriving to the property.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice. Deposits also become non-refundable once a cleaning appointment has been rescheduled.
Any updates, changes, or special requests regarding your appointment must be communicated directly to the office with at least 24 hours notice.
Service Warranty Policy
For fixed-rate cleaning services, we provide a 24-hour warranty period. If any areas were missed or overlooked, please notify our office within 24 hours of your appointment and we will schedule one return visit to address the reported areas.
Hourly cleaning services are not covered under a return visit warranty. Any additional cleaning time requested to redo, continue, or complete the service will be charged at the regular hourly rate.
