In case of dissatisfaction, we ask that you inform us immediately. You can make a written complaint, explaining the problems found, within 48 hours of the service. Additionally, we request that you provide photographic evidence, if possible, to help us better understand your concern.?

Once we receive your complaint, our customer service team will thoroughly investigate the matter. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and timely. Depending on the nature of the complaint, we will offer free additional cleaning or a partial refund as compensation.

It is important to note that if during the provision of the service, the client requests additional tasks outside the scope of our standard services, these will not be covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Do I need to be in the home/office?
No, you do not need to be home while we clean. If you do not plan to be at the home when cleaners are scheduled, please make sure you let us know how to enter the home before we arrive for the cleaning.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
No, our cleaners arrive with the necessary cleaning products and equipment supplied by the company. We use top quality cleaning products and ensure our vacuums, dusters, and other equipment is in premium working order.
If there are products that you own and you would like used, please let us know beforehand and leave them out where our cleaners can see them.
How do you handle payment?
Payments are due on the day of your service either by credit/debit card, cash, check, or Zelle.
Is there anything you DON'T clean/do?
We do not do laundry, clean dishes, declutter, pick-up messy floors, or change lightbulbs. We do not move furniture to clean. Lastly, we do not clean up pet accidents or harmful human fluids.
How do you handle pets?
All pets must be safely put away in their cages or out in the back yard away from workers while they are working.
