Terms and Conditions – Neatopia Cleaning Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking our services. By requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
Neatopia Cleaning Services provides the following services:
• Regular cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / Move-out cleaning
2. Appointments
• Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service, once the job is completed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost.
4. Property Access
• The client must ensure access to the property on the agreed date and time.
• If our cleaning team is unable to access the property, a failed visit fee will be charged.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied with the service, you must report it within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will do our best to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
6. Property Conditions
• The property should be reasonably tidy to allow for efficient cleaning.
• Neatopia is not responsible for fragile or valuable items that were not properly secured by the client.
7. Payments
• A 50% payment is required when the appointment is scheduled.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the same day of service, after the job is completed.
• We accept payments via cash, electronic transfer, and checks.
8. Damages and Liability
• Our team is trained and handles your property with care. In the event of proven damage caused by our staff, Neatopia commits to repairing or replacing the affected item.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or faulty installations.
9. Privacy Policy
• All client information is confidential and will only be used for service-related purposes.
10. Modifications
Neatopia Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients who have already booked a service.
