        Our Guarantee:
It’s simple, we guarantee your satisfaction, if there is ever a problem with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning so we can promptly return to correct the situation. 

You Can Count On Us:
We guarantee that we will clean your home on your assigned day; however we are unable to promise a time in advance.
Our team's arrival times at your home depend on such things as distance, traffic and weather conditions. If we have your cell number you will receive a text message when the cleaner is on their way to your home.
If we have to change your cleaning day because of a holiday, we will contact you several weeks before that to let you know what day we have moved you to. If that day is not convenient, please call or text us so that we can move you to a different day.
Please keep in mind that snow conditions as well as flooding often occur in our area and we will not send our cleaners out in dangerous driving conditions. If we find that inclement weather will be preventing us from coming to you on your scheduled day, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Your Schedule Is Important: 
We reserve your cleaning day in our schedule, which means we can’t fill that time with other work if we don’t receive adequate notice from you should you need to change your schedule.
IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CLEANING DATE, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE, SO THAT WE CAN FIND OTHER WORK, FOR THE TEAM ASSIGNED TO CLEAN YOUR HOME THAT DAY.
IF YOU ARE  GOING AWAY ON VACATION, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO THAT WE CAN REMOVE YOU FROM OUR SCHEDULE! UNFORTUNATELY WE CHARGE A $65 LATE FEE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LATE FEE  POLICY CHANGES MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY AND AGAIN FROM THANKSGIVING THRU  NEW YEAR EVERY YEAR.
The notification time changes from 72 hours to 7 days & the late fee changes from $65  to the full price of your cleaning.
Please do not communicate any schedule changes with your cleaner, as they are too busy & aren’t responsible for scheduling of customers.

Keep in mind that the price to clean your home is based upon the frequency of your schedule cleanings, all customers are allowed 2 skips per calendar year before pricing is affected, your fee will be adjusted to reflect the amount of time between a skipped cleaning are your next schedule cleaning if you have 2 or more skipped cleanings in a row, you will be charged a higher fee for that cleaning.
