2. Creación de Perfil de Negocio

Al completar el registro, Cape Booking System generará automáticamente una página pública dedicada a su negocio. Esta página indexará los datos proporcionados para que potenciales clientes y el público en general puedan visualizar sus servicios y datos de contacto.

3. Interacción con Terceros

Dado que su información será pública, el Usuario reconoce que podrá recibir llamadas telefónicas, mensajes y correos electrónicos de terceros. Cape Booking System no filtra ni se hace responsable de las comunicaciones, solicitudes o interacciones que resulten de la exposición pública de dichos datos.

4. Responsabilidad sobre la Información

Es responsabilidad exclusiva del Usuario asegurarse de que toda la información ingresada sea verídica y esté escrita correctamente.

• Cape Booking System no se hace responsable por errores tipográficos, datos incorrectos o información desactualizada ingresada por el Usuario.

Since your information will be public, the User acknowledges that they may receive phone calls, messages, and emails from third parties. Cape Booking System does not filter and is not responsible for any communications, inquiries, or interactions resulting from the public exposure of such data.

4. Responsibility for Accuracy

It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure that all information entered is truthful and correctly spelled.

• Cape Booking System is not responsible for typos, incorrect data, or outdated information entered by the User.

• Any damages or loss of business resulting from erroneous information (such as missed leads or location errors) shall be the sole responsibility of the User.
