If your quote has a deposit requirement, the deposit must be paid to reserve the appointment. After it has been reserved the rest due is due at the beginning of the services, before our team starts. Any questions can be answered via phone             Please provide access, payments, and respect on the day of the cleaning. Additional areas not mentioned on your quote is not included to your cleaning.

When requesting additional areas/tasks last minute, your request may be declined, or price may double.

Reschedule/cancellation: there is a surcharge if notice is given same day & deposit is non-refundable if given notice same day.
