At Five Stars Pro Cleaning, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules may change. However, as a small business, cancellations can have a significant impact on our team and operations. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
**Cancellation Notice:** If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This notice allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially fill your time slot.
**Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $80, which is equal to a portion of the total service cost. This fee helps cover the time and resources we have reserved for you.
**No-Shows:** If our team arrives at your location and cannot gain access, and you have not provided the required cancellation notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
**How to Cancel:** Cancellations can be made by phone at (818)524-0627 or by email at info@5star-pro.com. Please include your name, appointment date, and time in your message.
