Terms & Conditions By booking services with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Scheduling & Access Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. Deposits (when required) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. Deposits Certain services (deep cleaning, move-in/out, post-construction, snow removal, or large projects) may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit/Debit Cards Zelle Cash square Bank Transfer A processing fee may apply to card payments. Late Payments Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees in accordance with our policies. Continued non-payment may result in collection procedures. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 6 hours of service completion so we may address your concerns. Safety & Conditions For safety reasons, our team reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in hazardous conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, structural instability, aggressive pets, or unsafe environments. Liability We are licensed and insured. While we take great care with your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
