Cancellation Policy
At Da Glow Home Services, we value your time and commitment and strive to provide the best cleaning service. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so we have established the following cancellation policy:
Weekly Services:
Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice: If you decide to cancel or reschedule your weekly service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance with no additional charge.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
Bi-weekly Services:
Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: Cancellations or rescheduling can be done with no additional charge if notified more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a charge of 30% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
Monthly Services:
Cancellation with more than 72 hours' notice: If you decide to cancel or reschedule your monthly service, you may do so with no additional charge if we are notified more than 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice: If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled service, a charge of 25% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
Important Note: In cases of repeated cancellations or frequent changes to the service schedule, Da Glow Home Services reserves the right to reevaluate and adjust the service calendar or, in exceptional cases, suspend the service.
Refunds: Refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases and will be evaluated based on the nature of the service and cancellation.
