Cleaning Company Name: Milady’s Maid Cleaning Service Address: 1012 Schmieding Ave Suite B, Springdale AR 72764 Office: 479-278-7337 Office Cell: 479-715-2480 Online: 479-341-6070 Email: miladysmaid@gmail.com This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Milady’s Maid and Client," "you," or "your") receiving our cleaning services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these terms. 1. SERVICES OFFERED We provide Residential and Commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: *Standard Cleaning *Deep Cleaning *Weekly *Bi-Weekly *4-Weeks *Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning *One-time clean service *Vacation home *Office clean Specific services will be outlined in your service plan or quote sheet. 2. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS Quotes: Service quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Adjustments may be made for inaccurate or incomplete information. Rates: Services are charged at a Standard, flat or hourly rate, as agreed in the service plan. Additional charges may apply for special requests or excessively soiled areas. Recurring cleaning: cleaning that reaches 6 weeks since the last cleaning is required to start with a deep cleaning, the price will increase on this occasion. Payments: Payments are due on the day of service/upon receipt of the invoice. We accept list payment credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle a (3% processing fee may apply) Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled date. Last minute cancellations/rescheduled or look-outs will be subject to a 100% fee. 3. LATE FEE POLICY FOR OVERDUE PAYMENTS To ensure smooth operations and fair service, we have implemented the following late fee policy: Payment Due Date: Payment for services is due on the same day of the service date specified in your invoice or service agreement. Late Fee: If payment is not received within 24 hours, a late fee of $5 per day will be added to your account. Additional Charges: If the balance remains unpaid beyond 24 hours, an additional late fee will be applied for each day until the account is settled in full. Suspension of Services: Failure to settle overdue payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is brought current. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have questions about your invoice or need assistance with payment, please contact us. This policy is designed to help us continue providing high-quality cleaning services to all our clients 4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure effective service, the Client agrees to: Water and Power must be at the property on cleaning hours Provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning appointment. Notify the Company of any Instruction hazards, risks, or specific cleaning requirements. 5. COMPANY POLICIES Arrival Times: While we strive to arrive on time, a 30-minute/1-hour arrival window may be required to account for traffic and unforeseen delays. You will be notified of any delays that are causing the maids to arrive to your appointment on time. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours for a resolution, for maids to go back and reclean the areas. Limitations: We do not handle hazardous materials, move heavy furniture, or provide services beyond the agreed scope. 6. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES Insurance: We are fully insured for your protection. Damages: If damage occurs during the service, you must report it within 24 hours to file a claim. Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for old, pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items that are not properly secured. 7. CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION Company's Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Client's Right to Reschedule /Cancel: The Client may terminate services within 5 working days before the scheduled. last-minute cancelation/rescheduling, and the look-outs fee is 100% full amount. 8. PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or comply with the law. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas. 10. AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. 11. ACCEPTANCE By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and automatically agreed to this Terms of Service Agreement.
