Includes:
- Dusting accessible furniture, baseboards, and window sills
- Wiping kitchen counters, sink, microwave, tables, and exterior of appliances
- Basic cleaning of bathrooms, including shower, tub, toilet, sink, mirrors, and counters
- Vacuuming couches and floors
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Basic cleaning of living areas, bedrooms, hallways, stairs, and laundry room when included in the service
- Making the master bed
Not Included:
Deep/detail cleaning, grease removal, soap scum or hard-water removal, excessive scrubbing, moving furniture, organization, or specialty cleaning.
Additional beds or areas outside the agreed service scope may require an additional fee.

Our hourly cleaning service is designed for customers who would like our team to focus on their highest-priority cleaning needs within a specific amount of time.
We typically send a team of 2 to 4 cleaning professionals, depending on availability and the size of the job. The rate is $60 per hour, per cleaning professional.
Because this service is billed by the hour, we do not guarantee that the entire property will be completed within the scheduled time. The amount of work completed will depend on the size and condition of the property, the areas requested, and the level of cleaning required.
Customers are encouraged to provide a list of priorities so our team can focus first on the areas that are most important to them.
For example, if the scheduled time is not enough to complete the entire home, our team will complete as much as reasonably possible during the reserved service time.
Additional time may be available upon request and is subject to team availability.

- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning breakroom or kitchen surfaces
- Wiping sinks and countertops
- Cleaning exterior surfaces of appliances
- Spot cleaning doors and commonly touched areas
- General tidying of common areas
This service is intended for routine maintenance cleaning. Heavy buildup, deep cleaning, interior windows, carpet cleaning, floor restoration, inside appliances, inside cabinets, organization, or other specialty services are not included unless specifically added to the service agreement.
