Do  I need a deep clean?
A Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months is mandatory. It sets the foundation for us to maintain a deep clean from there, and the need for them to become less frequent over time.

Are there any services you don't offer?
While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/ wax/refinish floors/pet waste/carpet wash/fireplace/TV screen 
and remove insect or rodent infestations. 

Do I need to provide any cleaning products?
Not at all! We provide all necessary cleaning products, so you don’t need to worry about a thing. However, if you have a preferred product that you would like us to use in your home, please let us know. We will ensure your preferences are recorded, and before your chosen product runs low, we will notify you.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Whether you choose to be home during your appointment or not is entirely up to you. We just ask that you kindly give our maids the space to work their magic, ensuring your home is cleaned to perfection in a timely and efficient manner. You can trust our maids to stay on task and to treat your home with the utmost respect, as if it were their own. If it’s more convenient, feel free to leave us a key or entry code, and we’ll take care of everything—no need to worry, your home is in very capable hands!

What if you can't make it?
Reliability and dependability are our number one priority and we have a reputation that reflects that. Since its establishment, we have not missed one appointment. In the event we would ever need to reschedule, we may arrive after your normal slot time. For turnover properties, we always have a team ready and available to take on extra properties in the event that a team member isn't available on scheduled turnover days. Rest assured, we will not miss a scheduled cleaning!

Absolutely!  Most homeowners are not aware of their potentially enormous liability regarding the proper handling of taxes and workers' compensation 
for home service workers. Don't worry! 
We take care of this for you; we are licensed, insured, and have workers' compensation.

I would like to start by introducing our small family business and what we aim to do. We specialize in the business of providing quality cleaning services to various residential and commercial properties in the NWA-surrounding area.

My name is Alma Alvarez and I am the owner and operator of 'Milady's Maid'. I am a wife, and mother of 5 gentlemen, Luis, Leeroy, Brian, Dwight, and Fernando, and 1 beautiful Lady Vivian, and a grandmother of 5 children.
 I started my house cleaning business in 1996 in a small town located in Rochester Minnesota. I began cleaning for just a small number of clients while my kids were in school. Cleaning homes became a passion of mine because I knew what it took to really clean a house, and the reward of seeing my clients happy made it all worthwhile. We relocated to Rogers AR, at the end of  2017 where I decided to continue with my dream of a cleaning business and named it 'Milady's Maid Cleaning Service'. I'm so excited about our relocation here in Northwest Arkansas.  Over the years, we have gained more and more clients through referrals. Now my children have grown up and are adults, we are all qualified and trained to be able to help you better. Now our business is getting bigger counting with almost 250 customers. What do we do? Alma- A little bit of everything. Vivian & Dwight provides exceptional Customer service and responsible for scheduling appointments. Fernando- in charge of bookkeeping. Brian-accounting, Luis jr- marketing and sales.           Sr. Fernando & Leeroy- car and equipment maintenance. Today our main focus is to share our well-known detailed cleaning service. This package is filled with some information about us that you can reference later.  First meetings are always full of excitement! If your quote has a deposit requirment, the deposit must be paid to reserve the appointment. After it has been reserved the rest due is due at the beginning of the services, before our team starts. Any questions can be answered via phone Please provide access, payments, and respect on the day of the cleaning. Additional areas not mentioned on your quote is not included to your cleaning. Additonal tasks not mentioned on your quote is not included to your quote.
		
	When requesting additonal areas/tasks last min your request maybe declined, or price may double in price for last min requests.
		
	Reschedual/cancelation: there is a surcharge if given notice same day & deposit is non-refundable if given notice same day.

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Milady’s Maid and  Client," "you," or "your") receiving our cleaning services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide Residential and Commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
*Standard Cleaning                          *Deep Cleaning
*Weekly   *Bi-Weekly   *4-Weeks
*Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
*One-time clean service *Vacation home *Office clean
Specific services will be outlined in your service plan or quote sheet.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Quotes: Service quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Adjustments may be made for inaccurate or incomplete information.
Rates: Services are charged at a Standard, flat or hourly rate, as agreed in the service plan. Additional charges may apply for special requests or excessively soiled areas. Recurring cleaning: cleaning that reaches 6 weeks since the last cleaning is required to start with a deep cleaning, the price will increase on this occasion.
Payments: Payments are due on the day of service/upon receipt of the invoice. We accept list payment credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle a (3% processing fee may apply)
Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled date. Last minute cancellations/rescheduled or look-outs will be subject to a  100% fee.

3. LATE FEE POLICY FOR OVERDUE PAYMENTS
To ensure smooth operations and fair service, we have implemented the following late fee policy:
Payment Due Date: Payment for services is due on the same day of the service date specified in your invoice or service agreement.
Late Fee: If payment is not received within 24 hours, a late fee of $5 per day will be added to your account.
Additional Charges: If the balance remains unpaid beyond 24 hours, an additional late fee will be applied for each day until the account is settled in full.
Suspension of Services: Failure to settle overdue payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is brought current.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have questions about your invoice or need assistance with payment, please contact us.
This policy is designed to help us continue providing high-quality cleaning services to all our clients


4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure effective service, the Client agrees to:
Water and Power must be at the property on cleaning hours
Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning appointment.
Notify the Company of any Instruction hazards, risks, or specific cleaning requirements.

5. COMPANY POLICIES
Arrival Times: While we strive to arrive on time, a 30-minute/1-hour arrival window may be required to account for traffic and unforeseen delays. You will be notified of any delays that are causing the maids to arrive to your appointment on time.  
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours for a resolution, for maids to go back and reclean the areas.
Limitations: We do not handle hazardous materials, move heavy furniture, or provide services beyond the agreed scope.

6. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
Insurance: We are fully insured for your protection.
Damages: If damage occurs during the service, you must report it within 24 hours to file a claim. 
 Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for old, pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items that are not properly secured.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION
Company's Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 Client's Right to Reschedule /Cancel: The Client may terminate services within 5 working days before the scheduled. last-minute cancelation/rescheduling, and the look-outs fee is 100%  full amount.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or comply with the law.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas.

10. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

11. ACCEPTANCE
By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and automatically agreed to this Terms of Service Agreement.
