The oven cleaner, degreaser, multi-use cleaner, and floor cleaner all come from the same brand. Other general supplies may come from different bulked stores for sponges, rags etc. - If you wish for us to use your cleaning products and or supplies we have no issue, we would be glad to use them. "Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, or do I need to provide them?" - Yes we do, we provide all supplies for our customers, but if there are any supplies they want us to use. The customer would have to buy it and leave it on the kitchen counter for us to use. "What is your cancellation policy, and what happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?" - As long as any cancellation or rescheduling is done a day before during business hours via text or email we approve that as a valid notice. - All deposits are non-refundable once its after hours a day before the service. - If you cancel because your home is not as expected, and or service was deemed not wanted same day you forfit your deposit. Notice of Price Change The quoted price is valid for specified amount of days. If, upon arrival, our team finds the property in a condition different from what was originally assessed, the price may be subject to change. Any adjustments will be communicated and must be approved by the client before services begin. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the client chooses to decline services following a price adjustment. The deposit will be retained to cover scheduling, preparation, and lost time. Liability & Damages We are not liable for, Pre-existing damage, Normal wear and tear, Faulty fixtures, furniture, or poor home maintenance, Any damage believed to be caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service. Let us know within 24 hours, and well offer a re-clean where appropriate. Refunds are not issued once labor has been provided. Re-cleans are only available within 24 hours of service. Our services require payment upon arrival within the first 30 min of services for all out one time customers. We also require a deposit based on your subtotal or service type. All of our recurring customers start recurring billing auto-payments, as they do not need to keep up on payments. It will automaticly do it for them when signing up. Saturday/Sundays do not have discounts, only available discounts are on Mon-Fridays. We are located in stockton, no city fee in stockton, but outside of stockton you may face a city fee for services, and or specials we provide. I have been using Serranos for nearly two years and they do an amazing job! I am a busy working mother with twins. I was overwhelmed with keeping up with my house cleaning every weekend. It was taking a lot of time away from my children. I work during the week and definitely live for the weekends. I decided to hire a housekeeper to take the burden off my shoulders. I found Serranos Cleaning Services on Craigslist. I researched the internet and saw they had excellent reviews. My husband was reluctant t to spend any extra money on expenses such as hiring a housekeeper, but I told him this will give us more family time and a happy wife means a happy household. Plus, their prices are VERY reasonable and not overly priced like Molly Maid. Yesterday was their first cleaning at my house. When I came home from work I was excited to see how my house would look. I walked in and already smelled a clean house (I have 3 cats and 2 large dogs, therefore a clean smell is DEFINITELY nice to come home to). The bathrooms were absolutely spotless. They even cleaned around the base of the toilet, which a lot of people skip. The glass shower doors had zero residue on them. The sinks shined like they ve never shined before. The granite kitchen countertops no longer had that haze on them. Our stainless steel appliances no longer had fingerprints or streaks. I couldnt believe how clean the glass cooktop was! They must have a top notch vacuum because their vacuum fluffed up our carpet which felt so good on our bare feet. When my husband arrived he was skeptical at first, until he walked in the house and saw how clean it was. He gave me a big hug and told me he is totally on board now with having a housekeeper! I dont even clean as good as them, and Im picky clean! Thank you so much for the excellent service. I look forward to many days of coming home to pure bliss.
