Our services require payment upon arrival within the first 30 min of services for all out one time customers. We also require a deposit based on your subtotal or service type.
All of our recurring customers start recurring billing auto-payments, as they do not need to keep up on payments. It will automaticly do it for them when signing up.
Saturday/Sundays do not have discounts, only available discounts are on Mon-Fridays.
We are located in stockton, no city fee in stockton, but outside of stockton you may face a city fee for services, and or specials we provide.
Price may increase if your service is not as show in person or via photos the last time we spoke. We recommend making sure to pick up to ensure your price stays the same.

I have been using Serranos for nearly two years and they do an amazing job! I was one of those people who was a little nervous about having my house cleaned by new people, but I am so thankful I found Serranos! They are very professional, they leave your house sparkling clean, they are very trustworthy, they even add their own little touches here and there which I love. We are busy people and thanks to Serranos my house is neat and clean at an affordable price. Since we hired them we have a lot more time to spend with our family, entertain friends, and enjoy life.

I am a busy working mother with twins. I was overwhelmed with keeping up with my house cleaning every weekend. It was taking a lot of time away from my children. I work during the week and definitely live for the weekends. I decided to hire a housekeeper to take the burden off my shoulders. I found Serranos Cleaning Services on Craigslist. I researched the internet and saw they had excellent reviews. My husband was reluctant t to spend any extra money on expenses such as hiring a housekeeper, but I told him this will give us more family time and a happy wife means a happy household. Plus, their prices are VERY reasonable and not overly priced like Molly Maid. Yesterday was their first cleaning at my house. When I came home from work I was excited to see how my house would look. I walked in and already smelled a clean house (I have 3 cats and 2 large dogs, therefore a clean smell is DEFINITELY nice to come home to). The bathrooms were absolutely spotless. They even cleaned around the base of the toilet, which a lot of people skip. The glass shower doors had zero residue on them. The sinks shined like they ve never shined before. The granite kitchen countertops no longer had that haze on them. Our stainless steel appliances no longer had fingerprints or streaks. I couldnt believe how clean the glass cooktop was! They must have a top notch vacuum because their vacuum fluffed up our carpet which felt so good on our bare feet. When my husband arrived he was skeptical at first, until he walked in the house and saw how clean it was. He gave me a big hug and told me he is totally on board now with having a housekeeper! I dont even clean as good as them, and Im picky clean! Thank you so much for the excellent service. I look forward to many days of coming home to pure bliss.

"What are your rates, and how do you determine the price?"
- We can provide a fixed rate or hourly rate. Fixed rate requires photos or in person estimate. Hourly doesn't need to see the home, you request how many hours you want and we send the team.
"Are you insured and bonded?"
- Yes we are, have been in business since 2000
"What cleaning products and equipment do you use?"
- Majority of our cleaners come from the Brand Caro's Cleaning Products. The oven cleaner, degreaser, multi-use cleaner, and floor cleaner all come from the same brand. Other general supplies may come from different bulked stores for sponges, rags etc.
- If you wish for us to use your cleaning products and or supplies we have no issue, we would be glad to use them.
"Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, or do I need to provide them?"
- Yes we do, we provide all supplies for our customers, but if there are any supplies they want us to use. The customer would have to buy it and leave it on the kitchen counter for us to use.
"What is your cancellation policy, and what happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?"
- As long as any cancellation or rescheduling is done a day before during business hours via text or email we approve that as a valid notice.
- All deposits are non-refundable once its after hours a day before the service.
- If you cancel because your home is not as expected, and or service was deemed not wanted same day you forfit your deposit. Please be sure to pick up your home, have it empty for a move out/in, and or send photos to determine a correct pricing.
Terms & Condition
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Same-day cancellations: If you cancel on the same day or after 3 PM the day before your service, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without a surcharge. However, if you reschedule more than once and then cancel, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations: If you cancel after our team arrives or within 1 hour of your scheduled cleaning, the deposit is forfeited.
- Inaccurate home representation: If you cancel due to the condition of your home not matching the details provided at the time of booking, resulting in a price increase, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Booking and Deposit Requirements
- First-time customers & one-time services: A deposit is required to secure the slot, regardless of whether youve had services with us before. This ensures that your spot is reserved and prevents other customers from claiming it.
- Deposit amounts: The deposit can vary based on the size and condition of your home. For most bookings, deposits range from $65 - $100. Some larger properties may require a 50% deposit to secure the slot.
Deposit and Payment Terms
- Deposit Requirement:
A deposit is due online via card to secure your booking. If you wish to pay in cash, it must be completed in person at our office during the reservation window:

A card transaction fee will be added for all payments made via card.
Final Payment:
- Due Upon Arrival:
The remaining balance is due within the first 30 minutes of the service. You can pay by card or cash.
- Non-Payment Policy:
If payment is not received, or the customer cannot be reached, the cleaning team will leave and the service will be canceled. A non-refundable deposit will still apply.
- One-Time Cleanings:
Full payment is required upon arrival for all one-time cleaning services.
