For the past five years, I worked for a reputable cleaning company, where I gained extensive experience and developed a strong passion for providing high-quality cleaning services. During that time, I realized that direct communication with clients is key to truly understanding and meeting their specific needs. Inspired by this, I decided to start my own cleaning business to create a more personal and tailored experience for my customers. General Cleaning Services 1. Dusting and wiping surfaces (furniture, shelves, and baseboards). 2. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. 3. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs). 4. Kitchen cleaning (countertops, appliances, sinks, and stovetops). 5. Emptying trash and replacing liners. Deep Cleaning Services 1. Deep cleaning of kitchen appliances (inside ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves) 2. Cleaning grout and tiles in bathrooms and kitchens 3. Window cleaning (interior only) Additional Add-On Services 1. Laundry (washing, drying, folding). 2. Changing bed linens and making beds.
Terms and Conditions for Marlenes House Cleaning Services 1. Services Provided We offer residential cleaning services as agreed upon with the client. Specific cleaning tasks, frequency, and additional requests must be discussed in advance. 2. Booking and Cancellations - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 12 hours' notice. 3. Payment - Payment is due in full upon completion of services. - Accepted forms of payment: **cash only.** 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Any pets must be secured, and the cleaning area should be free of hazards. **5. Liability** - Clients must inform us of any delicate or high-value items in advance. - While we take care to prevent accidents, liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. 6. Complaints and Refunds Any dissatisfaction with the service must be reported within 24 hours for us to address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 7. Privacy We respect client privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties. By scheduling our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
